is our most recently added news page. We are keeping up on news from Washington
and post items of particular interest to people threatened with foreclosure.
Heating Assistance
News and Health Law News are also targeted for
specific audiences. Health Law News includes "news boxes" for
Dirigo Health and Prescription Law News. During the heating season, we post items about LIHEAP, as well as towns
and local organizations that provide heating assistance.

New is where we post news about our website. There are more than 500
pages in the Pine Tree website. Here you can learn about new features and
new information. We'll try to let you know whenever we create anything
new and interesting.

important legal, and other, news for the low-income community in Maine.

Tree News is the newsletter about Pine Tree Legal Assistance. you
can learn about new staff, new services, and whatever else is new in our
organization.
The Maine Newspapers page
provides links to all of the on-line newspapers in the State of Maine.
Pine Tree's News Archive Page is a collection of the
news stories that have appeared in our home page news box over the past few months. We
try to collect and present news that is important to Maine's low-income community wherever
we can find it. Take a look at the
HelpMeLaw news archive, as well.
MAIN
is Maine's low-income client organization, the Maine Association of
Interdependent Neighborhoods. It has has news and information important
to the low-income community. Look for the MAIN Update.
We publish two newsletters for Native American clients.
Wabanaki Legal News is for our Native American Clients in the State of Maine,
and Quinnehtukqut Legal News is
for Connecticut Native Americans.
